About the 3pg 'BASIC' Site for $99 Special.
The information and special offers in this Web Design Special' is intended to help small businesses add another dimension to reaching more customers. Since 1994, all work and offers I've made and performed have been an 'honest effort' to put value, quality, and affordability in the hands of the small business owner.
Even though these are called 'basic' sites, the designs are current, responsive, easy to look at, and working - on desktops, laptops, phones and tablets.
These sites can be 1 to 3 pages.
Your design MUST be similar to one of the samples on the sales page and with a similar amount of content. 1 basic contact form is included, along with 1 picture per page (you provide those). Number of words per page is about 130. General 'tabs' to include are usually 'Home', 'About', Contact'; or 'About', 'Services', 'Contact'.
Photo galleries are not offered/included in this package. On page SEO is not included in this package, but is available as an option.
Your site and content needs MUST be discussed, communicated and agreed to before ordering.
Remember, YOU are providing the content for the site, so the sooner and more accurate the content is received, the sooner and more accurate the site will be completed.

NO Dating sites, travel booking sites, classifieds, special programming sites, etc. This isn't what we're offering.
These sites are 'informational sites'.

Unlike many companies that continually charge you a large monthly fee that, if you stopped, your site would disappear. This means, with them, you actually do not 'own' your site.
In this offer, you OWN the site we build for you. You will receive all login info and you can administer your site yourself if you want.
If you need additions and/or edits from time to time, we can do this for you for an additional fee. Simply state what you need done, we'll give you a quote, and get it done in 1 - 3 business days.
When your site is built, a total backup/copy is included in your panel.
These sites ARE EXPANDABLE.

There is NO DISCOUNT if you have your own hosting.
In fact, should you decide you want to use your own hosting before the first year is up, there is an additional $30 charge per site to upload and setup the site(s) on your own hosting. NO Refund is given for any unused hosting.
Part of the reason we're able to offer this special so CHEAP is that all tools are on OUR Hosting Servers.
